It’ll all balance out. There’s definitely some jealousy at first (well, even later) but as long as they both know you love them with all our heart, it’ll work out. Look at me being sappy! ; )

We just welcomed our 2nd in January and I’ve definitely worried that the older sister will become jealous of him, I cringe every time I use the excuse that I can’t do something with or for her at the moment because the baby needs…. so I try to go out of my way to make sure I have time for just her sometimes too.

Oh, and “A small child can scale a piece of furniture before you have time to wipe your nose,” so true! Stairs too, my brother’s 1-year-old proved this to me the other day.

Truer words have never been spoken!! My second didn’t wear shoes until he could walk well enough to need them! He thought they were so weird!! And I don’t know if tired adequately described it, I would say exhausted beyond all comprehension!!
